If your order was canceled by the Merchant or the Delivery Partner, you can try placing the order again at the same location or a different one.
Reasons for cancellation by the Merchant
The Merchant may cancel an order for the following reasons:
Whenever a Merchant is unable to fulfill an allergy request or special instruction, you will receive a message giving you 10 minutes to update your order before it is automatically canceled. You will not be charged for your order if the Merchant cancels because they cannot accommodate your needs.
Cancellation by the Delivery Partner
A Delivery Partner may cancel your order when they are unable to communicate with you or cannot reach your location. Upon arriving at the meeting point, the Delivery Partner must attempt to contact you; if they are unsuccessful, your order may not be eligible for a refund.
