Merchants and delivery people are expected to adhere to food safety regulations and industry best practices when preparing or otherwise handling your order.

Please fill out this form if your order had any of the below issues. If possible, please include a picture of the food item and send it to us within 48 hours of the incident.

Your order:

  • Did not follow the allergy or dietary restrictions you communicated
  • Posed a potential food safety risk
  • Resulted in a food-related illness or injury

We’ll review the details of your issue and follow up accordingly. We may also need to inform the merchant of your report to help solve this issue.
