Missing utensils or condiments

Different merchants have different policies for which single use items (utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.) are automatically included with orders. Some merchants will only include single use items if you ask for them.

To be safe, in the future, be sure to include requests for utensils or condiments before placing your order.

The merchant will do their best to fulfill the request, but we can't guarantee they'll be able to do so. You shouldn't be charged for these items if you didn't receive them.

If you asked for utensils or condiments but didn't receive them, be sure to give the restaurant feedback by rating them accordingly after your order has been delivered.
