Purchasing Uber Cash

To purchase Uber Cash directly through your app:

1. Select the Account icon in the menu bar at the bottom of your app.
2. Choose Wallet and then Add Funds.
3. Pick the amount you’d like to purchase.
4. Select Payment Method to choose how you’d like to buy.
5. Tap Purchase.

To enable/disable auto-refill:

1. Select the Account icon in the menu bar at the bottom of your app
2. Tap Wallet.
3. Tap Auto-Refill.
4. Choose the amount added to your balance each time it drops below $10.
5. Toggle Auto-Refill on/off.
6. Tap Update.

What happens to my Uber Cash if I delete my account?

When your account is deleted, you will be emailed a PIN you can redeem in the future for the Uber Cash balance you previously purchased.

Promotional credits, along with other amounts of Uber Cash that were not purchased will be permanently forfeited if your account is deleted.
