Uber Eats Shipping Nationwide lets you order items from well-known restaurants and ship them anywhere in the contiguous United States (48 states excluding Hawaii or Alaska).
Note: Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Due to limited business hours for commercial addresses, we strongly recommend shipping to residential addresses to minimize delay and potential product damages.
Uber Eats works with FedEx as our shipping partner. FedEx will send tracking information to the email linked to your Uber Eats account, and you can track your order directly on the FedEx website.
Please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to schedule a delivery or pick-up time and location that works for you.
Once you order on the app, the order will appear as Completed. You can use the FedEx tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track its progress.
We can’t change the delivery address after you’ve placed the order.
Your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed. We do not accept returns or cancellations.
Please unpack the delivery as soon as possible to make sure all items that require refrigeration or freezing are stored properly. If you are sending a package as a gift, notify the recipient of this so they can unpack their delivery upon arrival.
All products are prepared and shipped directly by our merchants. Uber Eats is not involved in the handling and preparation of the food. Please follow the preparation instructions provided by the merchant for the best experience.
