If you are intoxicated, under the legal drinking age, do not have a valid, government-issued photo ID, or are otherwise not present or unable to receive alcohol at the time of delivery, your delivery person will return the alcohol to the store on your behalf.
At this time, you will be refunded for your order but you will be charged a $15 restocking fee to cover the return of the alcohol by the delivery person to the store.
You are responsible for observing local laws around where you can consume or possess alcohol.
