Choosing which delivery requests to accept

You are free to accept or decline any delivery request that comes your way.

If you prefer not to receive delivery requests where you’re asked to “order and pay” or “shop and pay,” you can opt out through the app.

How to opt out of “order and pay” and “shop and pay” deliveries

1. Open the Driver app and select Delivery Preference
2. Update your trip preference by switching the toggle on or off

Opting out of these types of deliveries won’t impact your ability to receive other delivery requests.
