Finding the store location

To locate the store follow these steps:

  • Zoom in on the map: For precision, zoom in on the pin shown in your app
  • Review pickup instructions: Check any specific pickup instructions provided by the store
  • Call the store: Directly contact the store to confirm their exact location; this can make pickups smoother
  • Use navigation apps: Feel free to use your favorite navigation app for additional guidance
  • Virtual store: They’re listed as an independent store on the app, but the food is prepped at this location. Pick up the order from the store name that is listed in the specific instructions provided by the store. Let us know if you’re still having trouble with the location

Locating parking

To find parking near the store or the customer’s address:

  • Contact the merchant: Reach out to the store directly to ask about parking options
  • Ask the customer: If delivering, contact the customer or consider meeting them outside their address

Inaccessible dropoff or missing details

If you encounter dropoff issues:

  • Contact the customer: Reach out to the customer to coordinate the dropoff or clarify details
  • Unavailable customer. Leave Order Safely:** If you can’t reach the customer, leave the order at a secure location such as a door, entryway, with lobby staff, or as instructed in your app
  • Add a photo or note: You can attach a photo in the app or leave a note for the customer with dropoff details

‘Leave at Door’ Delivery Instruction

For ‘Leave at Door’ requests:

  • Follow instructions: Abide by the delivery notes shown under the customer’s name in the app
  • Photo evidence: Take a photo via the app once you’ve left the order, or skip if you have issues
  • Mark as delivered: After leaving the order, go ahead and mark it as “Delivered” in the app

Contacting the customer

When you need to get in touch:

  • Call or message: Use the app to contact the customer for delivery coordination or questions about dropoff preferences
  • Can’t reach the customer If they’re unresponsive, leave the order in a secure location and mark it as “Delivered” along with leaving a relevant note

Customer changed dropoff address

If the dropoff address changes:

  • If the address changed on your map, please complete the delivery as per the new address
  • If the customer requesting you to deliver the order to another address, contact support
