This page is for delivery people who want to enter into a new contract to begin receiving trip requests.
If you’re terminating your existing delivery contract and entering into a new rideshare contract, it will take effect after 24 hours from your initial request.
During this process, you will lose access to the app while we review your documents (note that this may take 2-24 hours). If you are unable to provide all the required documents, you will be restricted from going online until all documents are provided and reviewed by our team.
Reactivation usually takes within 3 days after document approval. You will not be able to accept trips or delivery requests while the switch takes place.
When you enter into a new rideshare contract, your current Uber Pro points/tier will be removed and will not be carried over.
You will not be able to enter a new contract to begin accepting another type of request for 12 days (i.e. return to receiving delivery requests or vice versa).
