The delivery trip is missing from the trip history or payment statement

Please, select from the field above the delivery that is missing from your app or payment statement. If you can't find it in the list, please choose the delivery that was completed just before the missing one and add additional details on the missing trip below.

Please note, that in certain cases, it may take up to 48 hours for a trip to display in your app.

If you don't see a delivery in your payment statements, please note that each week begins on Monday at 4:00 am local time and ends at 4:00 am the following Monday. If a trip was completed before 4:00 am on a Monday, it should appear in the previous week's pay statement.

Additionally, trips with high fares may take more time to appear on your payment statement due to additional review. Some bonuses are also calculated at the end of the week before being displayed in your payment statement.

To view fares for your recent trips:
1. Tap your daily earnings total at the top of the main screen of the Driver app.
2. Select "See weekly summary" and then "See earnings activity."
3. Tap the day of the week to view earnings activity for that day.
