If you’re experiencing network errors, follow the steps below to reset your network settings.
Resetting network settings will erase all wifi passwords and saved settings.
For android users
- Go to Settings
- Select General management and tap Reset
- Tap Reset network settings and then Reset settings
For iPhone users
- Go to Settings
- Tap General and select Reset
- Tap on Reset Network Settings
If you’re still having trouble after resetting your network settings, try these additional steps:
- Sign out of the Driver app and sign back in
- Force close the app
- Turn your phone off and on again
- Ensure the Driver app is up to date with the latest version
