Como baixar relatórios abrangentes de informações de pagamento:

No Painel Administrativo, você pode consultar e baixar facilmente o extrato de pagamento atual e os anteriores. O relatório de informações de pagamento oferece dados de pagamento abrangentes para mais detalhes sobre um ou vários locais.

Para baixar relatórios abrangentes de informações de pagamento:

  1. Acesse o Painel Administrativo no seu computador: restaurant.uber.com
  2. Faça login com seu nome de usuário, senha e código
  3. No menu à esquerda, selecione RELATÓRIOS
  4. Selecione o botão SOLICITAR RELATÓRIOS no canto superior direito da página de HISTÓRICO DE SOLICITAÇÕES
  5. Escolha o tipo de relatório que você deseja baixar, o intervalo de datas e os locais. Depois de fazer isso, o botão de SOLICITAÇÃO fica disponível. Para baixar o PDR, escolha "Tipos de relatório": Selecione "Informações de pagamento" ou "Informações de pagamento (sobre o item)".
  6. Você pode selecionar até 31 dias de dados de cada vez no "Relatório de informações de pagamento" e 15 dias no "Relatório de informações de pagamento (sobre o item)". Os relatórios das informações de pagamento estão disponíveis até poucos minutos após o momento da solicitação. No entanto, se você escolher relatórios financeiros e operacionais em uma solicitação, poderá selecionar até a data atual no relatório financeiro, mas os dados do relatório operacional terminarão 2 dias antes.
  7. Se um usuário for associado a vários locais, ele poderá selecionar os estabelecimentos que deseja incluir nos relatórios
  8. Após solicitar um relatório, você poderá acompanhar seu status na página "Histórico de solicitações" na "Central de relatórios". Receba também uma notificação por e-mail no endereço cadastrado da sua conta do Painel Administrativo quando o relatório estiver pronto para ser baixado.
  9. Após receber a notificação, volte à seção "Relatórios" do Painel Administrativo. Isso levará você ao "Histórico de solicitações", onde serão indicados todos os relatórios solicitados anteriormente e seus respectivos status.
  10. Clique no botão de BAIXAR na coluna "Ações" ao lado de um relatório para baixá-lo como um arquivo CSV.
