If you forgot your Uber Eats Orders password, you can reset it in a few simple ways. The fastest option is to reset it directly from Uber Eats Manager.

Option 1: Reset your Uber Eats Orders password from Uber Eats Manager

If you have access to Uber Eats Manager, you can reset your Uber Eats Orders password in just a few clicks.

Steps:

1. Log in to Uber Eats Manager.
2. From the left-hand menu, click “Users”.
3. Find the “Uber Eats Orders” section.
4. Click “Reset password”.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Re-enter the password to confirm.
7. Click “Save”.

Once saved, you can immediately log in to Uber Eats Orders using your new password.

Tip: Choose a password that is unique and not used for other accounts.

Option 2: Check your store onboarding email for the password that was sent

When your store was first onboarded on Uber Eats, we sent an email containing your Uber Eats Orders login details.

What to do:

1. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
2. Look for an email with the subject: “Uber Eats Orders Login Info”.
3. If you still have this email, you may be able to use the password shared there.

If nothing works, contact Uber Support

Contact Uber Support if you do not see the Reset option, no longer have the onboarding email, or are still unable to log in. They will guide you through the secure recovery process.
