You’ll only pay a 2.5% + $0.29 order processing fee. For now, we’re waiving any fees for website maintenance, delivery fulfillment, and order management and support. If your pricing changes, we’ll always let you know ahead of time.
You will pay 15% on delivery online orders, 12% on online orders delivered by your own staff and 10% on Pick-up online orders, including payment processing. Merchants will also have access to free Webshop services, including: Webstore creation and maintenance Orders fulfillment and tracking Menu, order management and support.
Customers pay the same fees they would in the Uber Eats app or website.
The restaurant fees are guaranteed through 2021, fees are subject to change after that. We’ll always let you know ahead of time if fees are going to change. There is no long term commitment. You can disable Webshop at any time.
