We are making some changes to our membership benefits which members will start to see from May-June:
- Save more on food and grocery now - with reduced Service Fees (up to 30% off) on eligible Uber Eats orders. The Service Fee discount will vary depending on the size of the order, up to the Service Fee cap.
- For $0 Delivery Fee, the minimum order size for non-restaurant orders is changing to $40. The minimum order size for Uber One restaurant orders remains unchanged at $20. Service Fee still applies.
- Every time you ride with us you’ll now earn 5% Uber One Credit. This will replace the current 10% rides savings. Whether you spend your Uber Credit on future rides or on Uber Eats orders is up to you! Your accrued Uber One Credit expires after 60 days and is not available on the portion of payment made with Uber One Credits. Your Uber One Credits will automatically be used on your next ride or Uber Eats order (unless you want to save it for another day by toggling off Uber Cash as your preferred method of payment). You can view your Uber Credit balance any time in the ‘Wallet’ section of the app.
- Benefits like unlimited $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders, exclusive member perks, the $5 Latest Arrival credit, and priority access to top driver-partners (where available) remain the same! Your $5 Latest Arrival credit is not available for orders delivered directly by a store or for grocery orders packed by Delivery People and will expire after 30 days.
Current members will receive an email notification 30 days in advance of the benefit changes.
Please note that the users subscribed to a partner funded Uber One membership will continue to receive their original benefits until after their free membership offer expires.
