How to check your order status:

1. On the Home screen, select Account
2. Select Orders
3. On the Orders screen, select Track on the ongoing order
4. Look for the description to understand its status.
5. Once a delivery person is selected, a map appears showing their location.
6. Track your delivery person’s progress as they make their way to you.

For orders with multiple delivery people:

• Contact each delivery person separately
