Activating promotions
- Promotions have set timeframes known as “promotion periods.”
- The active dates and times, if specific hours are included, will be clearly stated.
Consideration of trip timing
- Trip eligibility for a promotion is determined by when the ride request is made.
- If a rider requests a trip before the promotion period ends, it counts, even if the trip starts later.
For instance, if you accept a ride request at 4:59 PM and the promotion ends at 5:00 PM, this trip will be part of the promotion despite starting after 5:00 PM.
