Fare adjustments are sometimes made to completed trips. This can happen when you or a rider requests a fare review and we determine an adjustment should be made.
We carefully review each fare review request and use the data available to make a decision.
Common reasons for rider fare review requests are:
- Trip didn't start or end on time
- Wrong rider was picked up
- Route was not ideal
- Technical issues impacted the trip
- Driver refused the rider's destination
When an adjustment is made we'll let you know through your Notifications feed, email, and an update to the Trip Detail page.
