On some trip request types, riders may be asked to walk a short way during the pickup and/or drop-off process. This includes Express Pool and opting to walk during regular Pool and UberX trips.
If you are waiting in because you believe your driver took a poor route, please go back and select "My driver took a poor route" or follow the link below.
If your trip was not one of the above options, and you were dropped off or picked up at a different location than what you entered, please let us know. We'll review whether your trip qualifies for an adjustment.
