Canceling Uber One

You can cancel your membership via the app or browser up to 48 hours before the renewal date without any penalties or fees. If you miss this deadline, you will need to contact support to complete the cancellation process. Please use the form on this page to reach out.

Checking Your Renewal Date

1. Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select “Uber One” from the list.
3. Tap “Manage Membership” at the bottom of the screen to view your renewal date on the displayed page.

How to Cancel

Via App

1. Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select “Uber One” from the list.
3. Tap “Manage Membership.”
4. Tap “Pause Membership” at the bottom of the screen and complete the required steps.

Via Web Browser

1. Select “Uber One” from the menu (the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen).
2. Tap “Manage Membership” at the top of the page.
3. Tap “Pause Membership” and complete the required steps.

Refunds and Benefit Limitations

Depending on the cancellation conditions, you may receive a refund for your membership fee. If a refund is issued, your Uber One benefits will be immediately discontinued. If no refund is provided, your benefits will remain active until the renewal date.
