When you book a reservation through Dine Out on Uber Eats, you will receive an exclusive Uber ride voucher for an Uber ride to the restaurant.

Keep in mind that Dine Out Ride Vouchers are subject to certain conditions. Please check the “Dine Out Ride Voucher Terms & Conditions” below for details:

• Vouchers are linked to your personal Uber account and can’t be transferred.
• They have a set value and can only be used for their intended purpose.
• Location, dates, or times may limit usage.
• Some vouchers cover tips, while others do not.
• The unused portion of single-use vouchers won’t be saved to your account for later use.
• Only one voucher can be applied per transaction, even if you have multiple vouchers available.

How do I use my ride voucher?

Dine Out Ride vouchers are automatically added to your Wallet and applied to your ride if the ride meets the voucher conditions.

The voucher is only applicable for an Uber ride whose destination is the specific restaurant location for which you made the reservation and taken before your reservation.

How can I check if a voucher was redeemed?

1. Open the Uber app.
2. Select Activity.
3. Select the trip you want to review.
4. View the Receipt for trip and payment details. The voucher will appear as a payment method.

I booked a reservation, but didn’t receive a voucher.

If you completed your reservation on OpenTable or via the restaurant, your reservation is not eligible for a Dine Out Ride voucher. In some cases, you may be redirected to OpenTable, such as when a reservation requires payment or when making a reservation directly through OpenTable.

Can I use the ride voucher for a ride home?

Currently, the voucher is only issued for an Uber ride to the restaurant.

Will the ride voucher work on Business Rides?

No, the Ride voucher won’t be applicable on Business Rides.

Does the ride voucher stack with other Uber promos?

Yes, the voucher will stack above any other promos you may have.

What happens to my ride voucher if I cancel my reservation?

The ride voucher will be revoked if the reservation is cancelled.

What happens if I modify my reservation time?

If you modify your reservation time, the original voucher will be revoked, and a new one will be created reflecting the modified reservation time.

Dine Out Ride Voucher Terms & Conditions

Limited availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of $10 per trip. The Voucher will be automatically applied to the first eligible personal ride you request through the Uber App. The Voucher may be redeemed only by the account holder who made the reservation and is valid only for rides requested within 120 minutes before and 15 minutes after the reservation time associated with your booking through Uber Dine Out on the Uber Eats app. After this window closes, the Voucher expires and any unused value is forfeited.

After the reservation window closes, the Voucher expires. The Voucher applies only to rides whose destination matches the restaurant linked to your reservation, and will not apply to other destinations. Any taxes and other fees will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher exceeds the total order amount. The Voucher is non-transferable. If your reservation is canceled or the reservation time is modified, Uber may revoke, modify, or replace the voucher. If the voucher has already been used before a reservation time change, no replacement will be issued. If more than one voucher is eligible for a trip, the voucher that provides the best available savings, subject to each voucher’s terms and eligibility requirements, is generally applied.
