You can update your store’s W-9 information on file with Uber Eats in Restaurant Manager.
After logging in, select “Tax Information” in the menu on the left side of your screen. Then, select “Tax Settings” at the top of your page. Please complete all necessary fields on the digital W-9 form and remember to click ”Submit” at the bottom of the page to officially update your changes.
If your store goes through a change of ownership during the year, the W-9 information on file with Uber Eats will need to be updated in Restaurant Manager. Other reasons for updating your store’s W-9 information include receiving communication from Uber Eats stating that your information on file with us does not match IRS records, and thus needs to be updated to avoid potential backup withholding.
