Managing promotions through Uber Eats Manager

Eligible restaurants can create and manage promotions through Uber Eats Manager.

How to create a promotion

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. Select a promotion type
  4. Follow the on screen instructions

After creating your first promotion, you”ll be able to view the “All Campaigns” page * This page lists all past, active, and planned promotions * You’ll also be able to edit, delete, or clone any planned promotions here

How to edit a promotion

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. On the top, select “All Campaigns”
  4. After choosing which promotion to edit select “Actions”
  5. From the drop down, select “Edit”
    • (NOTE: You can edit only upcoming promotions)
  6. Follow the on screen instructions to make edits to dates, budget, audience, and promo combos

How to delete an upcoming promotion

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. On the top, select “All Campaigns”
  4. After choosing which promotion to delete, select “Actions”
  5. From the drop down, select “Delete”. This deletes the promotion and removes it from the list.

How to end an active promotion

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. On the top, select “All Campaigns”
  4. After choosing which promotion to end select “Actions”
  5. From the drop down, select “End”. This ends the active promotion.

How to monitor performance of an active promotion

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. On the top, select “Performance”

How to see performance from past promotions

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the sidebar, select “Marketing”
  3. On the top, select “All Campaigns”
