Add bank account information by following the steps below:
1. Go to Restaurant Manager
2. Sign in with your username, password, and PIN
3. In the navigation menu on the left side, select "PAYMENTS"
4. From the Payments page, scroll down to "BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS" and select "ADD"
5. Fill out required bank account information:
- Name of account holder (must be full legal name)
- Bank routing number
- Bank account number
- Re-enter account number
- Tax classification (examples: S corporation, C corporation, Individual/Sole Proprietor)
- Account holder name (exactly as it looks on your bank statement)
- Company's name (your company, not Uber)
6. Click "SUBMIT"
