Customer always have the option to cancel their order in their Uber Eats app or through support.
If your team has already begun preparing the order, if the customer cancels, you will still be paid for the order. If you haven't accepted the order and haven't prepared the food, then you will not be paid for the canceled order.
Orders can also be canceled by delivery people or Uber in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled.
You will not be paid for unfulfilled orders where:
-The order was not prepared (for reasons such as you ran out of an item or the order was too big).
-Your restaurant was closed when the delivery person arrived (for reasons such as you closed early and forgot to turn off your tablet, or your hours are wrong and need to be adjusted)
