What happens if a customer cancels an order?

If a customer cancels an order, you'll receive a pop-up notification in Restaurant Dashboard.

Depending on the order status, take note of the following:

IF YOU HAVE NOT STARTED PREPARING THE ORDER:
- The order will appear as "CANCELED" in the "ORDER HISTORY" section of your Restaurant Dashboard
- You will not be paid for orders you haven't started preparing

IF YOU HAVE STARTED PREPARING THE ORDER:
- You'll be paid for orders you've already accepted and started preparing
- Expect this payment in your next weekly payment summary

IF THE DELIVERY PARTNER ALREADY PICKED UP THE ORDER:
- We'll notify the delivery partner that the order has been cancelled by the customer
- Expect this payment in your next weekly payment summary
