Are Bus Packages applied only to the selected bus stops during my Package purchase?
Your bus package applies for any trip within a 3km radius of the pickup and drop-off combination you selected at the time of purchase.

For example, if you selected bus stop A as your pickup and bus stop B as your dropoff when you purchased the Bus Package, any booking within a 3km radius of bus stop A and bus stop B, your Bus Package should apply.

What happens once I activate the Bus Package?
Any trip within the Bus Package's trip limit and between chosen pick-up/drop-off locations (at the time of purchase) would be 100% discounted within the validity period.

What happens if I book more than one seat on a trip?
We will deduct the equivalent number of trips from your Bus Package as the number of seats that you have booked on that trip. (Except for "Unlimited Packages" which applies on 1 seat per trip)

Can I extend my validity period?
At the moment, extending the validity period of the Bus Package is not possible.
To continue saving, you can always buy a new Bus Package after your current Package expires or turn on the auto-renewal option on your existing Package.

How can I track the trips and validity days left on my Bus Package?
Open your app
Navigate to the "profile menu"
Choose "Bus Package" to view your trips and days remaining.

Are promotions applicable on qualifying Bus Package trips?
A 100% fare discount is applied on trips valid under the Bus Package.
If you have a promotion for a bus trip, it will have priority to apply over the Package.

Can I pause my Bus Package or not use it for some trips?
Currently, there is no possibility to pause your Bus Package benefits or de-select the Bus Package for certain bus trips.
It will be applied automatically to all your eligible bus trips until the Bus Package's validity expires or all the trips available on the Package are used.

Can I cancel my Bus Package and get a refund?
As per T&C's: without prejudice to applicable laws and regulations, charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Uber. You retain the right to request lower Charges from a Third Party Provider for services or goods received by you from such Third Party Provider at the time you receive such services or goods.

Are there any bus schedule limitations to Bus Package trips?
No, all bus timings and schedules are eligible for Bus Package savings.

Are the prices fixed for Bus Packages?
No, the Bus Package price is relative to the original fare of the trip.
Bus Package pricing might vary from one pickup and dropoff to another.
