I need an invoice

To download your invoices, go to your personal rider.uber.com account.
If you are unable to download it by logging in to your riders.uber.com account, you can contact us with the form below so we can assist you.

Transportation invoices can be provided for trips taken on premium trips.
Please note that Uber does not provide transportation invoices for economy or carpool trips. Receipts for these trips are sent to the email address on your Uber account. If you aren't receiving receipts, check the spam or junk folder of this email address. You can review your email address by selecting "Settings" from your app menu. Tap your email address to update it.

Please note that we are not able to modify the information on the invoice. If you wish another information to appear, we advise you to update your information before making your trip, by following the steps below :

- Go to riders.uber.com/tax-profiles
- Update personal and/or professional tax data.
- Click on "Save".

Please note that if the trip was ordered from another Uber account, only the account owner who placed the order can request the invoice.
