How do I view or manage my active bookings?

To view or manage your booking, open up Uber Explore in the Uber app and tap the calendar on the top right of your screen. From there you will see a list of your active bookings and can either book a ride, view your ticket, see your receipt, or cancel your booking.

What happens if I can’t make it to my booking?

You can cancel your booking in the app if you’re unable to attend your event/activity. To do so:

  1. In the Uber app, using the navigation at the bottom of the screen, choose Services.
  2. Select the Rocketship for Explore.
  3. In the top right corner, open the calendar.
  4. Tap View Ticket.
  5. Choose a Cancellation Reason.
  6. Finalize your cancellation with Cancel Booking at the bottom of the screen.

The refund amount will appear at the bottom, just before you cancel your booking, and will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have a specific question about my upcoming booking

Please contact the supplier directly to address any specific questions about your booking. The supplier contact information can be viewed on the Viator voucher after you’ve made your booking.

You can also find more details under the Itinerary and Additional Info tab in the Uber app, once you’ve made a booking.

Am I able to get a refund?

In order to receive a refund you must cancel your booking 24 hours before the listed date and time of the experience. Please review your booking for cancellation details and additional information.
