Family member not appearing
If you’ve invited family members but they don’t appear on the account, resend their invites. If they didn’t have the Uber app when you originally sent the invite, you’ll need to resend their invite after they install the app.
Family Profile features not working
If you or your family members notice features not working on your Family Profile, you may need to update your app:
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
- Search for “Uber.”
- Tap “Update.”
