When enrolling in Uber for Business, you'll be asked to provide credit card info. This card is then securely linked to your employees' personal Uber accounts so that they can request work-related rides that will be billed to your credit card account.
Please note we issue a $250 authorization hold (or the equivalent in local currency) when your business profile payment method is initially set up. This amount is never actually charged to your account, but may show as pending in your bank statement.
Where available, pay-per-month billing allows qualifying companies to schedule monthly credit card or bank transfer payments. To apply, select Settings from your Uber for Business admin dashboard. Complete and submit the form.
