When are Uber Rewards going away?

Uber Rewards ended as of November 1, 2022. Any points you may have had in your account are no longer redeemable.

Is anything replacing Uber Rewards?

Nothing is replacing Uber Rewards. However, we’ve built out a great membership program called Uber One, so if you’re interested in perks like $0 Delivery Fee on Uber Eats, 5% off eligible rides, and more, you can learn more about Uber One.

Uber users can also:

• Earn Marriott Bonvoy points on qualifying rides and Uber Eats orders
• Earn cash or cash back with qualifying credit cards on rides and Uber Eats orders

What happens to my active chosen rewards?

Rewards redeemed by October 31, 2022 at midnight local time will be eligible until they expire. In most cases, rewards expire 28 days after they’re chosen. See the rewards benefits terms in your app for details.

What happens to my third-party rewards?

Uber Rewards within the Uber app should be redeemed by October 31, 2022 at midnight local time. If you have any issues redeeming a third-party reward, please reach out to that company. They’ll have the most up-to-date information on their redemption process.
