Carrier Insurance Requirements

Insurance requirements include:

• At least $1,000,000 in auto liability coverage and $100,000 in cargo liability coverage
• Reefer breakdown coverage for reefer carriers

To update existing insurance: Your insurance provider must:

1. Send a single, updated Certificate of Insurance to Highway at insurance@certs.highway.com.
2. Include all insurance policies on the COI, including all VINs on Scheduled Auto policies, as well as any reefer breakdown or trailer interchange coverage with their limit amounts and deductibles. General Liability policies should also be included, if available.
3. Add Highway as the Certificate Holder
