Bank Account Registration Information

You must have a registered bank account in your name to receive Uber Eats delivery charges.

You will also need to upload a photo of your cash card to prove that you are the owner of the bank account.

Requirements for registering bank information

  • Bank account registration: The account must be in your name.
  • Submission of cash card: The cash card must match the registered bank account.

To register your bank account, please proceed via Uber Wallet or the Partner Dashboard.

Important points to note when uploading your cash card:

  • Take a photo so that your name and bank account number are clearly visible.
  • Take a photo of your cash card at an angle, rather than from directly above, so that the thickness of the card is visible.
  • For cash cards with a built-in credit card, you may conceal the 16-digit credit card number, expiration date, and other information other than your name and account number.

Please note that some documents, such as numberless cash cards and business account cash cards, may take more than a week to be reviewed.

If you have already submitted a numberless cash card and would like to be activated sooner, we recommend submitting another cash card you have.
