Compliments are a new way for your riders to send you positive feedback. They provide riders the opportunity to thank you for providing a great trip experience.
We are constantly looking to improve your experience and the features you receive in your app, and we hope the compliment feature is something you enjoy.
After the end of the trip the rider has the opportunity not only to put a rating, but also leave the driver a "compliment" if the trip was rated at 5 stars.
A coloured compliment icon will indicate that a compliment will have already been left to you by riders. If the icon is black and white it means that you have not yet received a compliment for this.
You can easily remove compliments from your profile by following the steps below:
1. Head to your profile by tapping on your profile picture and then selecting profile.
2. Scroll down to the compliments section and tap 'VIEW ALL'
3. Tap the menu button by the compliment you wish to remove.
4. Confirm the 'Remove note' pop up.
