This process is the only way you can appeal the deactivation and get updates on your appeal. Once you’ve submitted your appeal, it will be reviewed by our team of specialized agents. You should expect a decision in 7 business days.
Please Note: If you have an existing appeal, our support team won’t be able to provide any updates or the final decision via this channel.
For all updates (including final outcome) regarding your appeal, please refer to the review center section in your app or within the partner portal. Updates will be provided there once the review has been completed.
If you’re unable to go online, the best place to get more information is the home screen of your Driver app. If you see a blocker at the bottom of your screen, you should be able to tap for more information on why your account is blocked and any actions you can take to unblock it.
