When will my account be active?

If you want to take Uber Moto trips, you must meet these requirements:

• Have received and accepted the invitation to the Uber Moto modality via the Uber app or by email.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Moto ID card.
• “A” type Driver’s license.
• Licensing Certificate.
• Insurance.
• Minimum year: 1990.

Moto ID card is required to be invited to join Uber Moto. If you haven’t done it, you can upload it in this link.

How to accept T&Cs and enable Uber Moto?

Enter the app and follow these steps:

1. Go to the “MENU”.
2. Click on “INBOX”.
3. Open the message with the title “Uber Moto: a new earning opportunity for you”.
4. Click “SUBSCRIBE” and then “ACTIVATE UBERMOTO”.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions of Use and click “I AGREE”.
