How to delete my Driver account

You can delete your account here. If you’re a fleet or Uber Freight user, use the form below.

If you request to delete your account, all of your Uber profiles, including your rider and Uber Eats profiles, will be permanently deleted once they are no longer necessary for our legal and regulatory requirements.

Uber may not be able to delete your account if any of the following apply:

• Outstanding payment balances (such as unpaid fees).
• If you are banned from Uber’s services because of fraudulent or unsafe behavior.
• Unresolved claims or disputes.

If you go online to accept trips after you request deletion (and before the account has been deleted), your account will be automatically restored. For more information on Uber’s Data Retention & Deletion practices, please see our Privacy Notice.
