This article is for delivery people who are having trouble signing in because they forgot the password to their accounts and/or are unable to reset the password because they can’t access the password reset link from their email.

CHANGE PASSWORD IN-APP:

  1. Tap the ☰ menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Tap Edit Info.
  4. Tap Security.

RESET PASSWORD:

If you forgot your password, visit the link below to reset. You’ll need to enter the email address or mobile number associated with your Uber account.

You’ll receive an email in a few minutes. This email includes a link to reset your password. The link sent in this email will expire after a few minutes. If you wait too long you may need to request again.

Not receiving the password reset link? Here are some common reasons why this may be happening:

  1. You are entering the incorrect email address
  2. You no longer have access to the email address or phone number listed on your Uber Account
  3. You changed the email or password on your linked rider account.
  4. You have more than one Uber Account - Uber works best with one account per user for Rides and Eats.
