HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS WITH THE CITY HALL?

According to the City Hall’s website, there are two types of inquiries:

  1. Public Inquiry: You can search by your CPF or vehicle plate number. The result of this inquiry is the status regarding the driver’s (CONDUAPP) and vehicle’s (CSVAPP) regularity.
  2. Driver Inquiry: You need a password. The result of this inquiry is the driver’s (CONDUAPP) regularity status with the São Paulo City Hall (PMSP), by OTTC (Credentialed Transport Technology Operator). To get this access password, you need to follow the step-by-step process on the City Hall’s website.

If your CPF is irregular on the City Hall’s website, you need to verify your regularity through the Driver Inquiry.
