  • Update your bank details in the app if they are incorrect.
  • Wait up to 3 business days, as deposits may take time to reflect.
  • If the payment isn’t received after 3 days:
    • Check the payment status in the app. If it shows ‘failed’, it will be included in the next payment cycle.
    • If the status isn’t ‘failed’, update your bank passbook and speak to an agent.
