Once you’ve created your account and successfully submitted some of your information and documents, there are a few final steps to activate your account and start driving.

1 - Complete the Uber Learning (Onboarding) course from this Link.

Use your Uber Driver account details to log in.

This is a virtual onboarding course that helps you familiarise with the Uber app and its features. It is necessary that you complete the course. After that, you’ll be given a link to book an Onboarding appointment at your local Greenlight Hub to complete your onboarding process.

2 - What to expect during your Onboarding appointment at your local Greenlight Hub:

-Checking your documents:

• We will check your Private Hire Licence (paper and badge) and valid UK Driver’s Licence in person, bring these documents with you as we can not accept any photos or scans
• We will also check the rest of the relevant documents you submitted and provide support if needed

-Driver profile photo:

• We will verify and take your profile photo in the Greenlight Hub

-Council and Uber regulations:

• We will show you a quick presentation on the local regulations to follow
