Planner FAQ for pilot cities

What is Planner?

Planner lets you reserve time slots to go online during a specific week, guaranteeing your access during these times.

If you forget to reserve times, you may still be able to go online, but only if demand is high enough.

Planner is available only to Green and Gold couriers in the following pilot cities:

  • Lincoln, NE
  • Abilene, TX
  • Evansville, IN
  • Florida Keys, FL

In areas outside these cities, couriers can go online any time without using Planner.

Where can I find Planner?

You can access Planner in your app from the main menu or via the chatbot.

When can I reserve time to go online?

You can reserve time for the current week or up to 7 days in advance, depending on your tier:

  • Green Eats Pro: Reservations open Friday morning
  • Gold Eats Pro: Reservations open Thursday morning
  • Platinum and Diamond earners: No reservations needed. You can go online anytime.

How do reservations work?

To reserve a time slot:

  1. Open Planner and select a day to view available times.
  2. Tap to reserve your desired slot.

Reserve time guarantees access to go online during those periods.

After my reserved time ends, can I keep delivering?

Yes, as long as there’s enough demand in your area. If demand is met in your area, the app may take you offline.

Why can’t I reserve online time in Planner?

If a time slot is unavailable, it means either:

  • The slot has already been fully booked by other couriers
  • You’ve used all your available reserved slots for the week.

Planner updates weekly, so new slots become available regularly.
