The Plus Card is like a credit or debit card. With it, you can buy the items requested by the User through the “Shop and Deliver” modality.
If the Plus Card is refused to pay for the products, try again and contact support, otherwise, you can cancel the order or pay with your own funds (by using your own credit or debit card, or cash). Don’t worry, you’ll receive a reimbursement in the next 72 hours (remember to upload a clear and valid receipt in the checkout stage inside the app).
If your card was declined, you can visit “My Plus card was declined”.
If you want to check on the status of a refund for an order you paid for with your card, go to “How reimbursement works for Shop & Deliver?”.
To obtain the Plus Card and receive orders in the “Shop and Deliver” mode, you must follow these steps:
Note: The card is only available to those Delivery Partners who have received an invitation and have completed the registration process for this delivery method. To receive it, now there is only the home delivery option available.
After you get your Plus Card, follow these steps in the Uber Driver app to activate it:
Done, Your Plus Card is now activated. You can start receiving “Shop and Deliver” orders.
Note: If you want to use your own funds after receiving an invitation to this modality, you will need to activate your Plus Card to start receiving “Shop and Deliver” orders. Once you have accepted one, choose to pay with your means in the app during the checkout phase of the purchase.
