Weekly payment cycle

  • Monday at 4:00 AM: The new payment week begins. Any trip after this time goes into the next week’s earnings.
  • Tuesday: You can see your payment statement on your dashboard
  • Wednesday: We start processing payments
  • Thursday: Payments are sent to your bank
  • Friday: Funds should show in your bank account. (Delays may occur due to public holidays or events.)

In most cases, you should have your payment by Friday evening for the previous week’s delivery. Occasionally, certain deliveries may take a bit longer to process and could appear in the following week’s payment.

Accessing your payments daily or instantly

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the Payments tab
  3. Choose Cash out and then pick either the Instant or Next-day option
  4. See the total amount you can withdraw
  5. Tap Transfer Now followed by Confirm
  6. You’ll get a confirmation once your request goes through

Cash-out limits

Instant cash out:

  • Up to 6 transactions per day
  • Maximum of $3,500 per week (from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59 AEST)

Next-day cash out:

  • Up to 6 transactions per day
  • Maximum of $3,500 per week (resets Monday to Monday at 00:00 local time)

When to cash out

  • For same-day processing, cash out before 3:00 PM local time in Australia. After this cut-off, or on weekends/public holidays, it will be the next business day.
  • Weekend cash-outs are possible, but processing times vary by bank. Expect next-business-day processing if done after cut-off times or on holidays.

If the Cash Out option isn’t active, it might be because:

  • You’ve reached the daily or weekly limit
  • Your account currently doesn’t meet eligibility requirements
  • If your limits have been reset or your account status changes, try again. Resets happen weekly according to the limits mentioned above.
