Request identity verification check

You can submit an identity verification check by following the instructions on t.uber.com/moncompte or through your Uber profile settings in the app.

When you submit a selfie to our support team, it is reviewed by a support specialist. The specialist compares the selfie with your profile picture and with photos you might have previously uploaded to confirm your identity. This usually takes a few hours to complete.

Important tips:

• Ensure your face and neck fits inside the white lines
• Remove any helmet, sunglasses, or mask
• Hold your phone steady to avoid blurriness
• Try to avoid taking a photo in poor lighting, or with any distortions in the selfie including any reflection in your glasses (if any)
• Make sure your profile photo is up to date by contacting Support in-App
• Don’t take a photo of a photo or of someone/something else
