If you’ve successfully filled out the online form we sent you, the new TSL label will be delivered within 10 business days with NZ Post.

To minimise delays in the future:

• Please do not submit a request on behalf of someone else (e.g. friend, relative). Instead, let them fill out the link
• If you made an error with your order, you may re-submit an order through the link. Please note that we will only use the latest order information that you’ve provided
