Uber Pro

Uber Pro rewards program

Uber Pro is a loyalty program that rewards driver-partners for their dedication and exceptional service.

How Uber Pro works? Earn points

  • During Off-Peak Times: Earn 1 point for each trip
  • During Peak Times: Earn 5 points for each trip

You accumulate points by completing trips over a fixed 3-month period. Remember, points reset after this period.

Maintain your rating

  • Keep a rating of 4.85 or higher
  • Maintain a cancellation rate of 3% or lower

If your rating falls below 4.85 or your cancellation rate exceeds 3%, you’ll be moved to the Blue tier, where you would have access only to Blue-tier rewards. Once you meet the requirements within the 3-month period, you’ll unlock the appropriate tier for which your points qualify. For instance, with 2800 points, a 4.9 rating, and a 4% cancellation rate, you’ll access Blue perks, but reducing your cancellation rate to 3% unlocks Diamond tier and perks.

Reward tiers. Uber Pro has four status tiers:

  • Blue
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Diamond

The number of points needed to reach each different tier may vary by city. Please see the “Uber Pro” section of your Driver app for the applicable points thresholds for the Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers for your city. All driver-partners qualify for Blue tier regardless of how many points they have or what their star rating and cancellation rate are. Advance to a higher tier by earning points and maintaining high rating and a low cancellation rate.

If you move up to a new tier, you can immediately access its rewards. You’ll keep these rewards for the rest of the current 3-month period and the next one, as long as you maintain the required rating and cancellation rate.

How to access your rewards

  1. Once you reach a new tier, you can use your rewards immediately.
  2. Go to the Rewards section of your Driver app to redeem your perks.

You can also see the full list of rewards any time by checking the Uber Pro website.

Keeping your rewards

  • Continue accessing your perks in the next 3-month period by keeping up with the required rating and cancellation rates.
