Shell Fleet App is a new mobile application for driver-partners to use the Shell fuel card service. It provides the following features to help you manage your fuel card:
Apply for a Shell fuel card: You can apply for a Shell fuel card through the app. Once your application is approved, the fuel card will be sent to your mailing address
Fuel charge review: You can review your fuel charge records in the app, which show the time, location and amount of fuel charge for each fuel transaction
Freeze your card: If you lost your Shell fuel card, you can freeze it instantly
Replace your card: If your card is damaged, you can request for a replacement
Search for Shell stations: The app provides info of all Shell stations in Hong Kong
Monthly statement: You can check your statement at the end of each month, and settle it automatically by your registered credit card
Shell in-app support: You can reach out to the Shell support team via the in-app messaging function
