Uber Pro is a Driver loyalty program that seeks to acknowledge your commitment to Uber. It is currently in the testing stage. There are three different levels: Diamond, Platinum and Gold; depending on the level you are in you can enjoy benefits such as scholarships for educational programs at UTEL University, access to family vacations, and more.
Each quarter of the year you will have the opportunity to access the program or level up, depending on the metrics you have achieved in that time period. To access the program you need to have:
- Rating: 4.85 or higher
- Cancellation rate: 8 % or lower
- Acceptance rate: 65 % or higher
The number of trips you have achieved in that quarter will indicate to which level you will enter, each trip adds a point to your account:
- Diamond: 1800 trips / points
- Platinum: 1300 trips / points
- Gold: 800 trips / points
