Your profile photo is the picture displayed to customers before and during trips or deliveries. It’s essential that your photo is a clear and visible for customers to identify you as their designated driver or delivery person.

Tips for a Good Profile Photo

To ensure your photo is acceptable, please follow these guidelines when taking your picture:

• Wear no hats or sunglasses (exceptions: eyeglasses or religious headwear)
• Show your full face and the top of your shoulders
• Make sure the photo is well-lit
• Avoid blurriness
• Include only yourself in the photo—no one else should be in the frame
• Keep your face centered in the picture

Updating Your Profile Photo
